Bras Underwire
The last thing you want to worry when labor is trying to find out what items you need to put in your hospital bag and trying before running to catch them at the hospital. The ideal is to have your hospital bag packed and waiting at the door of at least 2 weeks before her due date. Thus, when the right time, you can grab your bag and go without last-minute delays or concerns.
It is useful to have 2 bags for himself: one for work and one for your hospital stay afterwards including your essential baby item. It is also helpful to have your labor partner a suitcase in advance for themselves and some items of useful work.
Job Opportunities for you:
– The birth plan, if you have one.
– Bathrobe of motherhood. This is particularly useful for the early stages of work as you may have to walk around the hospital for labor progress. After the baby, you also need some sort of cover up a shirt, especially if the hospital is the excuse for a nightgown, when they have to walk the corridors.
– Slippers and socks
– A clean nursing top or front opening nursing nightgown if you prefer to wear their own
– Drinks and snacks and breath mints
– A straw, which will make sipping liquids easier.
– Toiletries (hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste, face cream)
– Lip Moisturizers
– Massage oils or lotions
– Glasses (if needed)
– Cell phone and list of important numbers
– Magazines, music, puzzles. The Fun light reading to pass the time. Do not bring heavy task of reading or office work! You are looking for fun and mindless distraction to pass the time. Remember, you will be quite productive in a few hours to compensate for non-productive activities during their waiting period work!
– Maternity Pillows (nighttime sanitary pads), and spare maternity clothes.
– Nursing bras. If you plan to wear a bra during childbirth, it is useful to have a nursing bra on already if you breastfeed your baby. Usually you will be allowed to nurse immediately after birth. Be sure to use a comfortable nursing bra installation, not one with hoops.
For Labor Partner:
Watch with a second hand to time contractions
– Camera / video camera if desired, and film / tape if needed
– Snacks, reading material
– Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste ..)
– Change of clothing, especially if they will be with you in the hospital for several days after the baby.
– Cell phone / phone card
– List of important numbers
– Dollar Bills for vending machines
– Water Spray / Mister for gentle cool-downs during childbirth.
– Tennis balls for back massage
Hospital Bag for postpartum use:
Front opening nursing nightie
– Comfy clothes to wear to leave the hospital. Remember that you will not be able to use non-maternity clothes a few days later to have your baby! So bring comfortable maternity clothing or clothes of transition. Also, if you have a caesarean, the last thing they want is any kind pressure on the belly. A comfortable cotton elastic waistband that fits below the belly or that is designed to fold down below the belly for comfort is best.
– Easy fitting footwear
– Change of clothes and maternity pads for heavy bleeding after the birth of
– Nursing Bras (at least 2). Make sure these are easy to install bras that do not have rings. Wear a nursing bra with plenty of room and stretch as the breasts may increase up to a cup size when your milk comes in.
– Music and personal headphones
– Magazines and easy reading material. You will too tired for any heavy reading!
Hospital Bag for Baby:
Last but certainly not least have to pack a few things for new baby:
-Installed car seat correctly. This is a must if you want your baby home with you! Make sure to have your car seat professionally installed several weeks before going to hospital. Any fire station can install your car seat for you. A number alarming car seats are not installed correctly by parents.
– Diapers for newborns
– Infant hat
– Blankets
– Bed or equipment newborns
– Socks / booties

Underwire Bras hurts me and im only 15?
I can not use them in my boobs press that and it hurt and I can not use them .. I really cannot! my boobs are starting to give Could be the cause?
I felt that way when I started using them. I started when I just turned 15 in April. I have a D cup, and I thought that the ring was too rigid and really hurt my ribs. Once that happens you are the most flattering, more beautiful than ever and will never want to wear bras use a wireless again. Trust me, push through the pain and wear a ring every day for a couple of weeks. That will hardly notice it's there.
