We love to look our best every day of the year – with the exception of Halloween! For October 31st we buy outrageous fancy dress costumes and wear extravagant wigs and masks. For one night only we make ourselves look as gruesome as we can! Definitely not the second one. Because you have a wider base, you should wear dresses that bring attention upwards. Dramatic shoulders, bold prints on the top; those work for you. The ruffles at the bottom of the second one brings too much attention to your hips. The first dress is okay.
