What can I wear to flatter my particular figure?

I am 5′10″ tall, 190 lbs, 38C bra & am long waisted. My legs are short compared to my upper body so I have a particularly hard time finding clothes that fit & look good. When I find cute shirts my boobs are larger so it raises the shirt up making it too short however if I find shirts made to be longer they go too long and make my legs look short. I was told to wear long pants with medium or tall heels but I already am tall & don’t want to be over 6 feet tall everyday especially considering that I work and live with people that are much shorter and mostly petite. I also have somewhat of a bubble booty so any advice or websites I can go to get cute clothes that fit women like me would be great. I’m so tired of finding shirts that fit across the boobs but are baggy everywhere else or jeans that are the right length but the waist is entirely too big.

I am also tall (5′9″) with a long torso and find that wearing long fitted shirts (that just cover the bum) with black leggings and ballet flats. For added slimness wear a shirt with vertical lines. I also wear a lot of dresses with patterned or regular tights. With respect to the jeans that are too big, J brand jeans actually creates a ‘curvy fit jean’ for people with this problem. As for tops, all my sis’s are heavy chested, and I would stick to v-necks (layer if they are deep v’s) and steer clear of any top with a band underneath the chest. There are also companies that sell clothing based on bra size (bravissimo is one of them) that have cute things that are meant to combat the bigger chest, smaller waist combination. Hope this helps
